Residents of infected village in Dagestan appeal to head of republic for help
Several hundred signatures are under the letter of residents of the village of Defense of the Derbent district of Dagestan, which is published on social networks. The letter is addressed to the head of the republic, Vladimir Vasiliev.
As of April 30, 1,389 cases of infection were officially confirmed in Dagestan, 12 people were killed. However, social networks massively publish data on a much larger number of infected and dead.
“In our village, all residents are infected. A woman died yesterday, she had the flu and pneumonia. But doctors refused to hospitalize. In the end, she gasped and died. We are sure that this is a coronavirus infection. Ambulance doctors are afraid to come to us – they are not provided with basic means of protection. No one helps. We have a complete mess.
At the same time, people are transporting sand from our quarry on Kamaz trucks and spreading the infection in the area, as the carriers themselves. We are sure that the virus is already walking in neighboring villages.
No officials are reacting. There is nothing in pharmacies. Help”

Priests and parishioners are massively infected in churches and monasteries in Russia
Most priests and believers in Russia actively resisted quarantine and did not close churches. Only on April 27, three days ago, the Russian Patriarch Kirill decided to conduct services without parishioners and reminded the clergy of their responsibility for measures to limit the spread of coronavirus.
Those who violate the requirement and open the church will face judgment.
A petition appeared on the Internet in which Russian believers are asked to report which of the priests is infected and in which church or monastery. But so far there is no such list.
Two days ago, one of the top Russian church leaders, Bishop of Zheleznogorsk and Lgovsky Benjamin, died of coronavirus. At Easter, he held services to which the access of believers was not limited.
A video is distributed in social networks where the late bishop now says that the masons came up with fake news:
“All that you hear in the press, on television, is the Masons, they specially pay people, a certain group is formed, against the church. The Orthodox Church is the only one that is militant, the only one in which there is something sacred, that they cannot break and bring to their knees.”
