Assistant to the president of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev, in particular, stated that "the international community should impose restrictions on the Armed Forces of Armenia."
During his press conference, the prime minister of Armenia stated that 13 out of 17 articles of the agreement are fully agreed upon, and three are partially agreed upon. He did not specify which issues remain unresolved.
