One dead in a partial building collapse in Yerevan
The roof of one of the buildings of the Ministry of Justice collapsed in Yerevan yesterday. There were workers in the building at the time of the collapse. Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan announced that one person died and some have been injured:
“One of the employees is in intensive care. According to preliminary information, he has a head injury. The others suffered minor scratches and are already discharged.”
The minister also said that materials are being prepared for a criminal case:
“The building was under construction. The circumstances will be studied, and if there are guilty parties, we will respond.”
