Hard times in store for Chinese restaurants in Azerbaijan?
The import of animals, meat and seafood from China into Azerbaijan has been temporarily banned by the Azerbaijani Food Safety Agency (APB) to protect the country from the 2019-nCoV coronavirus.
The Republican Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Azerbaijan recommends that citizens not go to Chinese restaurants and order nothing online from China.
A system to detect the coronavirus will soon be brought to Azerbaijan, a representative of the center has stated.
132 people have died from the coronavirus in China as of January 29. Chinese doctors believe that the virus will peak in the next 10 days, and then the situation will stabilize.
