Education interrupted in Georgia until April 1
School holidays have been extended until April 1 in Georgia to prevent the spread of coronavirus. This decision was made by the Coordinating Council for combating coronavirus, which was created by the prime minister.
Initially, schools were to be closed from March 4-16, during which time they would be disinfected. However, after considering the situation in the country, they decided to extend the holiday until April 1.
