30 school principals in Azerbaijan replaced in three weeks
It has been just three weeks since the start of the new school year, and already about 30 school principals have been replaced in Baku.
Mahabbat Valiyeva who is the Head of the Education Department of the city of Baku said that the labor contracts with the principals were terminated because they either reached retirement age, or because certain shortcomings in their activities led to violations of the law.
“After this, the issue of school administration will be management’s main focus. The creation of a healthy environment, and the activities of a large team in an educational institution depends on the director and effective management,” Valiyeva added.
