Fighting halted

Within a short interval of one another, the press services of the Ministry of Defense in Azerbaijan and the Karabakh Defense Army have just announced that a decision has been made to implement a ceasefire along the entire front line.

Results of the OSCE Minsk Group’s emergency meeting in Vienna are also to be revealed later today. The news that the Group was to convene today to address the crisis in Karabakh was tweeted by James Warlick, the Group’s US Co-Chair.
