The reconstruction of the Balakhani settlement near the center of Baku has been completed. Residents are happy, as it has become clean and comfortable, but the architects are not so sure; they say the authenticity of the ancient settlement, which is famous for having the first oil wells in Azerbaijan, has been sacrificed.
