Tents, furnaces and hot coffee – photos from the Tbilisi protests
A protest rally is being held in front of the Georgian Parliament, demanding that early parliamentary elections be held on a proportional system.
Protesters have set up tents and brought firewood. Volunteers are distributing cakes, hot coffee and tea.
By car, firewood and sandbags were delivered to the protesters. After a small skirmish with the police, the protesters managed to deliver the cargo to the campground.
On 17 November, the working week of the parliament will begin, protesters say they are not going to disperse and will continue to picket the parliament building.
