Chechnya: if a woman violates quarantine, her husband, son, father or brother take the rap
In Chechnya, one of the quarantine requirements is that you cannot go outside without a special pass. However, women in Chechnya take advantage of the fact that male siloviki observe Caucasian traditions and cannot detain them for violating the regime of self-isolation. They massively take to the streets with children without passes and without masks.
To combat this, the authorities decided to punish their closest male relatives.
