Tigran Manvelyan and Tigran Mkhoyan were born in 2000. They received gunshot wounds to the head area and both died on the way to the hospital.
The Investigative Committee of Armenia initiated criminal cases under the article “bringing to suicide through threats, ill-treatment and periodic humiliation of human dignity”.
Since the beginning of 2020, 12 soldiers have already died in times of peace in the Armenian army. The president of an organization of investigative journalists, Edik Baghdasaryan, wrote about this on his Facebook page:
“In 2020, 12 soldiers were killed in our army. They were not killed by enemy shots. Unexplained circumstances are mentioned in the statements of the ministry. The defense ministers of Armenia and Artsakh are silent, the president is silent, the speaker of the National Assembly and the MPs are silent, the prime minister speaks, but is silent on this issue in particular”, he wrote.
