Azerbaijan is cracking down on smokers: a video on how it's going to work

The fine for smoking in a public place will be 30 manat (17 dollars), while the owners of bars or pubs will have to pay 1000 manat (588 dollars) if they allow their patrons to smoke indoors. The same will go for schools and hospitals, where it will not only be illegal to smoke inside the building, but in the courtyard as well.
