At first there is the bewilderment on passengers’ faces, then they enjoy the compositions by Komitas, Mozart, Piazzolla, and as they get off the bus, they applaud to the musicians. Live classical music could be heard in some of Yerevan buses for several days already. The musicians thus try to bring the Yerevan residents, who hurry to work or classes, closer to the classical art.
The flash mob aims to prepare the music lovers for the first concert of the united orchestra that is scheduled for November. The Foundation’s administration assures that the concert will feature extremely talented young musicians performing as part of the orchestra.
